Each room in the Cliff Palace Hotel was Painted by Kelly Pugh to be a different theme. This first room is the story of Jens Nielson and his family as they moved with the pioneers west.

Kelly painted the walls, the floor, and the ceiling to give them appearance of a wood cabin, though the walls and ceiling are just normal flat sheet rock and the floor just cement. All the paintings you see in the room are done by Kelly as well. Kelly also helped in choosing the furniture.

This next room is the Native American room. The walls show how the Navajo would have lived many years ago.

Even the doors in the rooms are painted to match the theme. Kelly has done many rooms here, to see them all look up the Cliff Palace in Blanding Utah.

Thanksgiving Point Dinosaur Museum

Have you ever been to the Dinosaur Museum at Thanksgiving Point? If you have you know they don't hold back when it comes to their art work. Kelly Pugh was hired as the lead artist and asked to paint all of the dinosaurs to look like what he thought they would look like in real life. Below are just a few examples of the ones he did.
